Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill Birmingham reopened their doors on 8th August. They have taken their time to adapt to an interactive new concept and ensure the safety of the guests and the team.

Whilst some adaptions have been made to Fazenda's concept, the restaurant continues to harness South American roots and traditions with their new menu, which celebrates the exquisite flavours of Argentina and Brazil.

To accompany your meats, Fazenda's Executive Chef Francisco Martinez created a sumptuous selection of both Argentinian and Brazilian side dishes that have replaced their salad bar and these are served directly at the table.

Ineta Svedaite, Relationships & Events Manager at Fazenda said - 'Eat out to Help Out' scheme was beneficial with high demand for bookings during August. We have adapted our opening hours which are always under review. The new system has been implemented to only accept a certain number of covers every 15 minutes to ensure that guests can physically distance while arriving to the restaurant. The health and safety of our guests and team is our priority so many measures have been put in place. To ensure our team is safe we provide face coverings for every team member and we check their and guests' temperature upon arrival. Every table at the restaurant has a sanitiser. We made a decision to ask guests to provide their card details when booking their table to avoid people from not showing up. Unfortunately this is an issue that is affecting the whole industry. Overall, people are understanding and happy to book. The new curfew rules meant that the latest we can sit guests at the moment is 8.30pm therefore we have lost one sitting however on the bright side guests have been extremely understanding and happy to leave premises before 10pm. With the new restrictions and Birmingham being placed under Tier 2 we are ensuring that the guests dining with us are from one household only.'
