Family-favourite tourist attraction, Cadbury World, has reopened its chocolatey world with a raft of new measures in place to help guests enjoy their visit safely and maintain social distancing.

Ahead of the doors opening a number of changes have been implemented by the Cadbury World team to help keep visitors and employees safe, which include; reducing the numbers of guests admitted each day, social distancing stickers laid out on the floor to guide people around the attraction, plus hand sanitising stations throughout. On arrival, everybody will also have their temperature checked before entering.

Guests will still be able to enjoy a day choc-full of fun and catch the talented chocolatiers in action in the Chocolate Making zone, practice their piping skills in the Have A Go zone and experience the sensation of riding on the Crunchie Rollercoaster in the 4D Chocolate Adventure zone. The famous Cadbury characters, such as Freddo and the Caramel Bunny will also return on weekends and throughout school holidays, offering socially distanced selfies and meet and greets for visitors.

Cadbury World has also extended its opening hours on weekends and during the school holidays to help spread visitors out throughout each day.

Gerrard Baldwin, general manager at Cadbury World, said: “The health and safety of our guests and employees is our number one priority and the whole team has been working incredibly hard over the past three months to introduce our new hygiene and safety measures".
