Located at the top of the building, the new venue combines The Sky Bar and Waters’ current restaurant to offer an exciting new social dining and drinking experience with stunning views which follows a multi – million pound investment by Resorts World.

Sky by Waters will feature a refreshed menu, retaining the signature Waters’ cooking style based on classic cooking with a contemporary twist. This approach will also be mirrored in the transformed bar with its new exclusively curated cocktail menu, featuring classics with a signature twist and an array of delicious dessert cocktails.  A new Secret Garden will be part of the offer and will feature private covered outdoor pods and will serve up a new Afternoon Tea offer and evening drinks.

Sky by Waters will not only provide a larger space for Chef Waters, doubling his number of covers but also add private dining and a dedicated Chef’s Table all served from a new state of the art kitchen. Genting Hotel guests will be served breakfast from the new venue.

Andy Waters is very excited about his new home and the concept on offer to guests.

“I am looking forward, along with all of my Waters team, to be moving to this stunning new location within Resorts World.

“Over the past three years we have established a loyal customer base but the number of covers available has been challenging. With this fantastic new restaurant, I will be able to increase the number of covers which is great and we will now have a fabulous bar and Secret Garden to enhance the experience for guests. I am so excited about this new opportunity and confident that we are creating a bar and restaurant that will be very special.

“I believe Sky by Waters will be a major destination for those who are looking for a memorable experience whether in dining, enjoying a cocktail or one of our Afternoon Teas.”

The investment in Sky by Waters comes as Resorts World celebrates its third birthday in October. During the latest year of trading, 3.8 million guests were welcomed through the doors.

Recent months has seen a flurry of new arrivals. Popular restaurant brands Miller & Carter and Zizzi are now up and running, in addition, popular beauty store, Beauty Outlet has opened. TGI Fridays has extended the restaurant space at their lakeside venue within the resort, the Santai Spa has been revamped including an enlarged Leisure Club offering and Resorts World’s pastry chefs were runners up in this summer’s Bake Off: The Professionals on Channel 4.

As Resorts World’s fourth year gets underway, it is well placed to enjoy further growth. The adjacent Genting Arena will be renamed Resorts World Arena to bring a more coherent brand alignment to the two venues in December. To mark the change Resorts World is sponsoring the Arena’s first multi -night Christmas Show, Elf the Musical and is working with the team at the newly opened Bear Grylls Adventure to encourage more leisure visitors to the NEC campus.
