The service aims to provide a valuable and much needed service for those visiting Birmingham, whether for business, work or pleasure by offering information and advice on visitor attractions, events and activities. A wide range of leaflets and maps are available free of charge, as well as ‘What’s On’ guide with details of all major attractions including theatres, cinemas, etc.
The Tourist Information counter is situated at the vestibule reception desk, located on Level 2 (Chamberlain Square Entrance) and is open during the Museum and Art Gallery's opening hours:
