About

The Meetings Show is the leading conference and events exhibition in the UK, bringing together over 4,500 meetings and event professionals.

Over the two days of the show we will be conducting appointments.

We look forward to virtually welcoming you to the West Midlands.

The Meetings Show is the best platform in the UK for the events, meetings and incentives industry to come together to source, learn and network.

Launched in 2013, the show welcomes exhibitors from the UK and around the world including hotels, luxury hotels, destinations, destination management companies, conference centres, venues and technology suppliers.

In 2019 we saw over 12,000 pre-scheduled meetings taking place on the show floor and 5,000* meeting and event professionals attending ranging from agency buyers, in-house planners, associations planners, media and anyone with a genuine interest in the industry.

The Meetings Show is now part of the Northstar Meetings Group, who have recently expanded to the UK, adding CAT Media to their global portfolio of events and publications.

The 2020 Format

This year we have developed an exciting virtual event to keep business meetings and events professionals connected and informed, wherever they are in the world.

Our priority is providing you with the best event experience possible, whilst ensuring your safety. We wanted to bring the events, meetings and incentives community back together but in a safe environment, enabling buyers to still access education, book appointments and make connections.
