About

Henley Chocolates hand crafted artisan chocolates from real, sustainable (and where possible locally sourced) ingredients.

Our products range from the slightly quirky herd of chocolate dinosaurs to our serious, award winning hand rolled truffles, and everything in between.  (Our amaretto truffles won a Great Taste award in 2017 and the Passion Fruit truffles won the same award in 2018.)

Henley Chocolates is a friendly, welcoming chocolatier run by local Mum and entrepreneur, Sally.  With large viewing screens in the shop into our kitchens you can watch the chocolate fairies sprinkling their magic and making delicious treats, see our mesmerising 'chocolate tap' and ask all your critical chocolate questions. At weekends and school holidays you can even try your hand at making your own chocolate pizza or hand piping a lollipop!  No booking required.

We believe passionately in delivering great tasting food while looking after the environment around us.  Part of the payment for every chocolate bought from us goes to supporting and educating cocoa farmers.  Our chocolate is sourced from cocoa farming co-operatives part of the Cocoa Horizon’s project.  This means that the cocoa used in our chocolate is brought by Barry Callebaut directly from the farmers at a fair price.  Money from Cocoa Horizons is also invested in education, empowering women farmers, helping young people start up their own businesses and improving the lives of those who grow the delicious cocoa pods.

We go to great lengths to source the other ingredients which go into our products locally: the summer fruit in our truffles is grown on an allotment in Studley, salt in the salted caramels is from Droitwich Spa, gin in the gin truffles is from Stratford distillery, to mention a few…

This year Henley Chocolates have started to transition all their packaging away from single use plastic to more environmentally friendly alternatives. These include paper wrappers, corn starch bags (Natureflex) and Vegware pots.
