Hidden away in the Jewellery Quarter, Restaurant Folium offers a wide range of modern British dishes in a relaxed, informal and intimate setting.
With a simple and clean cooking style, using the highest quality of ingredients from sustainable and ethical suppliers, owners Ben Tesh and Lucy Hanlon bring an innovative and exciting food style to Birmingham.
Plates may be simple in appearance, but they are full of flavour and respect for the best produce from Britain.
Determined by what ingredients are obtained on that day, expect the menu to fluctuate from one day to another.
