About

Missing dining out at your favourite bars and restaurants whilst in self isolation? Not to fear! Some of our Brindleyplace favourites have shared their famous recipes online, and have created tutorials for you to cook along with in the comfort of your own home!

Craving your favourite Zizzi dishes? From pizza and pasta to sweet treats, the Italian restaurant have  uploaded a range of recipes to their website for you to try at home. Their video tutorials are handy and easy to follow along with, meaning that even the cooking novice can get stuck in. If you’re in need of something filling and wholesome, have a go at making your own homemade Garlic Bread with MozzarellaRustica Piccante Pizza or Casarecci Pollo Picante Pasta. There’s even a recipe for a Banana and Cheesecake Calzone for a seriously sweet dessert treat!

If Japanese cuisine is more your style, Wagamama’s have launched #wokfromhome over on their social media pages, where you can learn how to cook some iconic Wagamama recipes from Executive Chef Steve. This week their menu includes Chicken Katsu Curry on Wednesday and Wok Fried Greens on Friday!Find their ingredients on their Facebook page, and follow along on Instagram TV, Facebook and Youtube. We can’t wait to try our favourites!

Pret A Manger have been bombarded with requests on how to recreate classic Pret recipes at home, so they created the #PretRecipeBook!

We love this recipe for recreating the iconic Pret porridge, perfect for setting you up for the day whether you are working from home, tackling some DIY or keeping the kids entertained. Which delicious toppings would you choose?

For the sandwich connoisseurs out there, 20-year Pret Chef veteran Val will be hosting a series of bite-sized sandwich seminars designed to help you develop your sandwich CV, so YOU can help Pret create their next sandwich. No more boring cheese and ham sandwiches from now on!

Finally, if you’re craving a coffee from Yorks (we’ve been told it’s the best coffee in Birmingham), you’re in luck! The café have just launched their #yorksathome range, which includes roasted coffee beans you can use order and have delivered to your own home! Keep an eye out on their social pages for sneak previews on what else is to come. Loose leaf tea anyone?

We would love to see your recipe re-creations, so if you try any of these dishes at home please tag the restaurants and @Brindleyplace! Don’t forget you can also support many of our restaurants by purchasing a gift voucher to use when everything has opened again – you can browse our directory to see the variety of bars and restaurants we have on-site. Gift cards are available for everywhere from Be at One to Bank Restaurant!
