With the backing of global real estate investor City Developments Limited (CDL) of Singapore, construction of the £110m building began in December 2021 with the start of demolition of 77 Paradise Circus Queensway.
Contractor Midgard is on site delivering the 44 month contract of the Glenn Howells Architects’ designed building, with completion scheduled for 2025.
Octagon is a key feature of Paradise and expands the mixed use nature of the development.
