Situated on the edge of the Cotswolds the rural Whitchurch Farm B&B offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. This Georgian house and working  farm is just 5 miles south of Stratford-Upon-Avon.WHITCHURCH  FARM house is taking all goverment guidelines in the cleaning process with sanitising stations in all rooms having  as little interaction from us and our guests so as not to spoil your peaceful stay in our beautiful farm house .

The Grade II listed building is set on park like surroundings with an abundance of wildlife, along with wheat and barley fields. Rooms at the house benefit from a TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and an en suite shower room and one with a bath.
The garden is large and perfect for social distancing and enjoying the fresh air of the country side .

Due to corona our breakfasts  have continued to be  self service contintental stle hot and cold opstions seved from the landing area with your individual tables  in the luxuary of  your own bedroom . 

Whitchurch Farm is an ideal base for exploring South Warwickshire and the North Cotswolds. The Sustran cycle route passes by the farm with many local  interesting walks  for all abilitys. Warwick is 13 miles away and Stratford-upon-Avon Railway Station is a 10-minute drive also London paddington line is at Moreton in marsh 20 mins away.

The new caravan and camping site has 5 pitches with electric hook ups in a beautiful orchard close to the main farm house very secluded and quiet please enquiry through the BB number .
