Giving you an unbelievable opportunity to watch some of the world’s best female players two weeks prior to Wimbledon.
Each year Birmingham welcomes The Aegon Classic tennis tournament which attracts a host of world-class players at the Edgbaston Priory Club.
The event, which is just five minutes from Birmingham City Centre, hails the start of the summer tennis season and provides an unbelievable opportunity to watch some of the world’s best players in an intimate and welcoming setting. Players at the 2012 event included the top for British women, Elena Baltacha, Anne Keothavong, Heather Watson and Laura Robson as well World No. 17, Daniela Hantuchova.

However if you have brought your whites with you and fancy a game there are hundreds of grass and hard courts across the city and wider region including Billesley Indoor Tennis Centre.
