Premier Squash League, Birmingham University, 11 March
University of Birmingham Sport (UBSport) take part in the final home game of the highly prestigious and competitive international Premier Squash League (PSL).
Join us on Tuesday 11 March as UBSport, currently places 3rd in the league, take on 5th place Air-It Nottingham in what promises to be an exciting match! UBSport will be looking to earn their playoffs place with the ambition to head to the final.
Come and support the team, as they will respond to the energy of the spectators watching squash! Tickets are £8 for adults and £4 for students and under 18's.
Harlem Globetrotters, 14 April 2014, LG Arena

SLAM Wrestling, 19th April 2014, Edgbaston Stadium
High Flying, Hard Hitting and Breath-taking Action rushes to Edgbaston Stadium with a live experience from the SLAM Wrestling superstars. All the thrills and spills of American Wrestling gets jam packed into two hours of intense unforgettable action. This is sure to be an event not to be missed featuring a No holds barred match between Layton Cole and Charles Kelsey.

2014 Premier League Darts, 1 May 2014, NIA
Premier League Darts will be bigger than ever in 2014 with the introduction of an additional league night, as the ten-player tournament visits the NIA in Birmingham. Darts' biggest roadshow event will celebrate its tenth staging, with reigning champion Michael van Gerwen set to defend his title against the likes of six-time winner Phil Taylor. The competitors for the 2014 Premier League Darts will be announced in January following the completion of the Ladbrokes World Darts Championship, with the top four players from the PDC Order of Merit to be joined by six Wildcards.

UEC BMX European League, Rounds 9 & 10, 21st and 22nd June, Birmingham BMX Track
Birmingham BMX track is hosting the exciting UEC BMX European League for the second time at the world class track in Perry Park, on the 21st and 22nd June 2014. The event was last held in 2011 and saw BMX’ers from all over Europe compete in this prestigious event.
The event which is part of the European BMX Series will see the track host the penultimate rounds 9 & 10, and will hopefully welcome World Champions to compete.

British Athletics Championships 27-29 June, Alexander Stadium
Some of Britain's best athletes will go head-to-head in a weekend of action-packed athletics for the British Athletics Championships on 27-29 June.
London 2012 Olympic gold medallists Jess Ennis-Hill, Mo Farah and Greg Rutherford have all starred at the Birmingham Alexander Stadium at this event in the last few years and more fireworks are expected as athletics returns to the West Midlands for the opening event of the summer.

British Athletics Grand Prix, 24 August, Alexander Stadium
The event, which forms a part of the prestigious IAAF Diamond League will see a number of stars from the London 2012 Olympic Games take to the track and field. In 2013, double Olympic and world champion Mo Farah was in action along with fellow World Champion Christine Ohuruogu, who took victory in the 400m. Olympic gold medallists Christian Taylor, Aries Merritt, Carmelita Jeter, Nesta Carter, Sandra Perkovic and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce were just a few of the international stars to descend on the West Midlands for a day of action-packed athletics.
