Library of Birmingham's Shakespeare Memorial Room
Visitors to the Library of Birmingham can explore the Shakespeare Memorial Room, an original feature from the city’s Victorian library.
The Victorian room with its wooden panelling and glass cabinets has been moved in its entirety and painstakingly restored.
The room houses one of the most important Shakespeare collections in the world – including many rare items and early editions.
