Wed 1st | SHELLY QUARMBY BAND
Shelly Quarmby & her band perform an eclectic mix of new country from the likes of the Dixie Chicks, Maren Morris, and Trisha Yearwood, through some heartfelt roots music from Emmylou Harris, Alison Krauss and Gretchen Peters, to some old country music classics and great original material from Shelly herself.
Shelly is currently touring with the popular theatre show "A Country Night in Nashville", and releases her new album, "Beauty Survives" this Summer.

Thurs 2nd | FUNK ‘N’ SOUL NIGHT OUT PRESENTS … SHAKATAK
“Night Birds”, “Down on the Street”, and “Easier Said than Done” are just three of the instantly recognisable tracks of Shakatak, a band at the fore-front of the UK Jazz Funk scene of the early ‘eighties. Still touring worldwide, the Jam House is proud to present these top-flight musicians for what promises to be a great show

Tue 7th | KENT DUCHAINE
Kent duChaine and his beloved and ever faithful Leadbessie, a beat up 1934 National Steel Guitar, who wows and astounds audiences with his authentic Delta Blues riffs, gravelly singing voice and his tales of hard travelling the Deep South, playing with some of the famous names of the past.
A regular at the Jam House, Kent is back on tour.

Wed 8th | GOSPEL CENTRAL
"Gospel Central is an outstanding group and one of Birmingham's best kept secrets – full of passion and fantastic musicianship".
This monthly celebration of the talent to be found in the local Gospel music scene gives an urban and contemporary edge to Gospel music. A must see!

Thurs 9th | THE JEEPS

Indie legends, 'The Jeeps' re-form for "one-night-only" to play the Jam House - their first show in over five years!
The local five-piece gained a huge cult following with their distinctive original sound and energetic live show, earning them supports and tours with acts such as Squeeze's Glenn Tilbrook, Robert Plant and Shed Seven amongst others. Their own tours have seen them headline the 02 Academy, Covent Gardens Rock Garden, Cargo and the world-famous Marquee Club.
This Jam House show will see them playing their originals set of both old and new Jeeps classics. It promises to be a busy night.

Tue 14th | BRYAN CORBETT QUARTET
Renowned Birmingham based trumpet and flugelhorn player Bryan Corbett returns to The Jam House with his quartet featuring leading members of the Midlands jazz scene, Al Gurr (Keys)and Ben Markland (Bass), alongside now London based drummer Neil Bullock.
Known for his lyrical tone and powerful stage presence, Bryan has released a number of fine solo albums also including his acclaimed albums ‘Green’ in 2013 and electronic based ‘Pressure Valve’ back in 2007. Bryan has just returned from touring with funk/soul legends ‘The Brand New Heavies’ as well as performing with a host of other legendary musicians and bands including fabled Blue Note remixers Us3, Ben E King and Tony Christie.
As a soloist Bryan has performed with BBC Concert Orchestra at Cheltenham Jazz Festival live on BBC Radio.

The "ACOUSTICS SESSIONS" is a monthly showcase of new talent and unsigned artistes, regularly featuring touring performers as well as musicians from the local scene.
