First Fridays at Searcys and The Balcony
Searcys and The Balcony Birmingham are celebrating the launch of their extended Friday hours with a brand new food and drinks offering.
Friday 5 August sees the launch of this exciting campaign, with a Champagne Louis Roederer tasting accompanied by delicious canapés and live saxophone. This much loved Champagne house will be showcasing five of its most stunning cuvées; Brut Premier NV, Carte Blanche NV, Vintage Rosé 2010, Brut Vintage 2008, and Blanc de Blanc 2009. A new evening menu will also launch to coincide with the restaurant’s new hours.
Guests dining following the tasting can choose from the likes of crispy pig croquettes, curried pork loin, and roasted red pepper and tomato Mac ‘n’ Cheese.
The menu reflects The Balcony’s contemporary take on traditional dining, bringing food and fashion together with new interpretations of classic dishes.
Guests with a sweet tooth can indulge in a selection of delicious treats from ‘The Sweet Shop’ including, coconut panna cotta and crème caramel.
Alice Weryk, general manager at the Balcony comments:
We’re excited to be celebrating First Fridays with diners. Our aim was to create an indulgent experience for our guests to help them unwind and enjoy themselves after the working week is out, the one-off events that sit alongside our new menu help us to do just that.
First Fridays offers diners something that little bit different. We’ll be serving a quirky new food and drinks menu with a playful twist, in the perfect setting to help our guests relax after a busy week at work!
