Digbeth Dining Club
Street food artisans
In the last four years ‘street food’ has taken London by storm, changing attitudes to both food and live entertainment – and now Digbeth Dining Club and Spot*light are bringing the concept to Birmingham for the very first time.
It is a far cry from your usual dining experience, and by stripping back the unnecessary frills and expense of restaurant eating, ‘street food’ artisans concentrate on quality and flavour, preferring to let the food do the talking - this isn’t substance over style, this is both in abundance!
Their aim is to introduce the best locally sourced ‘street food’ to Birmingham's trendy artistic hub, by creating a platform for the West Midlands finest street artisans to produce incredible food in front of their customers – by providing honest food that you can trust,at affordable prices.
These traders cannot hide behind a kitchen door, everything is upfront and personal, and cooked fresh in front of you using ingenious cooking techniques to maximise both the flavour and the theatre; at £5-£6 a dish, it is affordable for all. Astute foodies have discovered that some of the best food available these days is on the streets.
Digbeth Dining Club is intended to act as a bridge between post work drinking and night time revelry – and whether you are popping in for a bite to eat, a drink after work, or joining friends for a dinner with a difference, Spot*light offers incredible food and a unique atmosphere at the Digbeth Dining Club.
