The Kitchen Cookery School will open in the summer of 2014.

The school will uniquely offer a ‘garden to fork’ experience, utilising the food grown in Jayne's garden for the students who will be encouraged to understand where food comes from. Kitchen will fulfil her ambition, which began in 2009, to create a place for people to experience and learn about all aspects of food, to become more conscious of the health, social and economic implications of their food choices, but most importantly, enjoy eating in the process.
