Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens
Hall Road, Chester Road, Castle Bromwich, B36 9BT
An 18th century garden in the middle of a 21st century city. A green space to breathe, run about, relax.
The 10 acres of garden adjoining the Jacobean mansion, now run as a hotel, were rescued from sleeping beauty brambles by volunteers. A unique survival from 350 years ago the gardens try to keep to heritage planting from the period.
With formal walks, orchards, vegetable garden as well as mud kitchens and wildlife areas, it's a great place for garden lovers and families looking for some accessible green space to hang out in.
A comprehensive events and activities programme most of the year. An RHS Partner Garden.
