One Brummie “Standing up for Birmingham” is Kings Norton resident Big Dave Gauder. A former world strongman and holder of 26 world records for strength and endurance, Dave has been nominated as one of 6 finalists in the education sector of the prestigious National Lottery Awards.

Officers in Planning and Regeneration are now working with Big Dave to help develop and expand his project further.
National Lottery winners are selected by on-line voting for which the lines are now open.
