Visitors are in for a treat this Halloween at Black Country Living Museum

Prepare to be spooked at some of the best Halloween nights in town! Trick or treat along the Black CountryLivingMuseum’s gas lit cobbled streets and experience thrilling street entertainment from circus performers, fire-jugglers, magicians and more!

Explore period shops and houses set across the Museum’s award-winning 26 acres and discover treats, tricks and terrifying tales of old as the Museum comes to life with Halloween entertainment. There’s plenty to get stuck into – brave the creepy crawlie display, watch birds of prey hunt in the night sky or win a prize for best-dressed ghoul in a costume parade. Daring visitors can even descend on foot ‘into the thick’ of the Museum’s ‘spookified’ mine. Watch out though, you never know what you might find down there…

As always, visitors will be able to tantalise their tastebuds with some devilishly good Halloween fare including the Museum’s famous 1930s-style fish and chips. Little devils will also be in for a sweet surprise in the selected houses and shops as they trick or treat along the Museum’s atmospheric cobbled streets.  Plus, don’t forget to stop by Wychwood Brewery’s Hobgoblin stand for a bottle of the legendary ruby beer with a distinct chocolate and toffee malt flavour – yum!

If you can’t wait for Halloween Nights, Black Country Living Museum’s Myths and Fables (Sat 24 Oct – Sun 01 Nov)event will set you up for a legendary half term full of stories, crafts and hands on activities. Visit the local quack, listen to some old wives tales and debunk some 19th century myths. Does cheese really cause nightmares? Come along and find out!

Book before 30 Sep and save 20% on Halloween Nights tickets. BCLM’s ‘UnChained Annual Pass’, which allows visits to pay once and visit for 12 months is valid for Myths and Fables Half Term Activities, meaning families can visit as many times as they like during October half term!
