Nostalgic ‘Buses Festival’ returns to Heritage Motor Centre
The nostalgic Buses Festival is set to return to the Heritage Motor Centre on Sunday 23 August for the enjoyment of bus and coach enthusiasts.
Organised by Key Publishing, publisher of Buses Magazine and sponsored by TTC Diecast, the festival will feature a remarkable display of over 100 classic and modern buses and coaches.
Visitors can also enjoy heritage bus rides around local routes and the HMC’s internal road network. There will also be trade stands selling models, collectibles, photographs and lots of other bus related material, a perfect place for visitors to shop for a unique gift or for a new addition to an existing collection.
Entry to the Museum is also included within the show price so visitors can see over 180 vehicles on display showcasing British innovations in both road and race cars. In addition, the HMC has first class catering facilities, toilets, including disabled facilities and a gift shop.
Tom Caren, Show Manager for the Heritage Motor Centre stated:
The Buses Festival is a great day out for all from enthusiasts to families. The Festival is fast becoming one of the best classic and modern bus and coach events of the year.
Advance tickets cost £10 for adults and £6 for children (aged 5 – 15 years) or £12 for adults and £8 for children on the day.
