Mini boutique roll-out at Campanile Birmingham
Changing lifestyles has led to a Birmingham hotel launching a 24-hour food and drink service for its guests.
The Mini Boutique greets guests in reception with a range of snacks – including sandwiches, salad bowls and nuts through to sweets, crisps and soft drinks - and has been launched to adapt to people’s busy lifestyles.
The concept has been successfully trialled in Campanile’s Bradford hotel over the past 18 months where it has generated thousands of pounds worth of additional revenue, and the service has now been launched in Birmingham.
Angel Resmella, General Manager at Campanile Birmingham, said:
We are capitalising on an increasing ‘grab-and-go’ culture from guests who want to be out on the road first thing in the morning, or might be feeling peckish after a night out.
Our hotel is suitably located with steady levels of traffic around the clock to make the most of this service, whether it is for travelling business people, tourists or clubbers. The concept has worked well with our hotels in France and we think it will be a winner for us in the UK.
