Marco Pierre White introduces new menu for Bardolino

Marco Pierre White has added more of his family favourites to the menu at Bardolino, his pizzeria, bellini and espresso bar in The Cube.
The new-look menu is still focused around Marco’s ethos of casual, authentic and affordable Italian dining, and adds over a dozen new options for guests to choose from, without losing any Bardolino favourites.

Pizza is still the focus of the restaurant, and now visitors can personalise any Bardolino pizza with their favourite toppings, as well as choosing half sized pizzas served with salad, to cut down on the calories.

But look past the pizza, and you’ll see where Marco has really revamped the selection. Brand new dishes include Salmon Cannelloni, the Bardolino Burger, Wild Mushroom Lasagne, Meatballs Americano and a range of Superfood Salads.

Along with the new-look main meals, the much-loved Bardolino brunch has also had a makeover. All dishes, including Marco’s breakfast, Buffalo Mozzarella on Sourdough and the Breakfast Roll will be available daily until 5pm, making sure there’s always time for the most important meal of the day. And at weekends, brunch becomes bottomless, with unlimited bellinis paired with any item from the brunch menu.

Marco has also added to, without subtracting from, both the drinks and dessert menus. New choices include the Citrus Tart and the Italian Job, consisting of chocolate brownie, blueberry cheesecake and tiramisu – perfect for those with a sweet tooth and a big appetite.

Marco Pierre White said:

Bardolino is the new kid on the block in terms of our restaurants. We launched the first restaurant at The Cube only six months ago. In that time, I’ve been liaising with the team and customers to gather feedback to ensure we are delivering what we set out to offer.
Our customers told us, that whilst they love the setting and food, they wanted more choice. They wanted healthier alternatives, they wanted more pasta dishes and more meat options and that’s exactly what this new menu offers.
