Don’t Get Left Behind at the Christmas Market
Christmas - Plan your journey ahead this weekend.
London Midland is lengthening as many trains as it can at weekends to help with demand for the Christmas Market. With record numbers of people expected in Birmingham they are advising passengers to avoid dashing for the last train home.
A spokesman for London Midland said,
During the run up to Christmas the last trains out of Birmingham on Fridays and Saturdays are often very busy, so we’re advising passengers to check before travelling and consider catching an earlier service to make sure they don’t miss the last train home.
Both stations are ideally located to explore some great areas of the city and are in close proximity to the Christmas Market.
Birmingham Snow Hill is opposite the elegant Great Western Arcade - this Victorian arcade houses some of the cities best independent and boutique outlets - perfect for special Christmas gifts. Alighting at Moor Street positions you right on the doorstep of the Bullring for some Christmas shopping ahead of a trip to the Christmas Market.
Please consider all options available when travelling in and out of the city this weekend.
