Introducing University College Birmingham
University College Birmingham
Professor Ray Linforth, Principal University College Birmingham says: "When our institution started life at the turn of the nineteenth century food and hospitality was its reason for being. Here we are nearly one hundred years later with excellent customer service and the provision of quality products still at the heart of everything we do."
"Alongside vocational qualifications we offer degrees, foundation degrees and postgraduate qualifications in a range of specialist areas including hospitality, culinary arts, business, tourism, marketing, childhood and education, salon management, specialist hair and media make up and sports, all dedicated to training creative and dynamic managers of the future.
But of course, as food is the centre of attention for this festival, we have taken the opportunity below to answer some frequently asked questions which I hope you find of interest”.
