Talented chefs from around the UK are visiting Birmingham to take part in special collaborations with the city's culinary stars. For the first team up, Birmingham will welcome the arrival of world-renowned Michelin 2 starred chef Tom Kerridge, as he joins forces with Birmingham’s very own Glynn Purnell and David Colcombe to create a 4-course culinary sensation here in Birmingham.

Tom will be well known to guests as the hugely entertaining chef patron of The Hand and Flowers pub in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, and as a past winner, and mentor on BBC’s The Great British Menu. He has just completed a wonderful 6 part cookery series on BBC 2 to accompany his book ‘Proper Pub Food’.

The evening kicks off with a drinks reception at 7.00pm followed by the four course dinner at 7.30pm, with David and Glynn each cooking a course, and Tom cooking two.
